The members and guests of the Ilford and District Aquarists & Pondkeepers were taken in hook, line and sinker as Ilford’s finest magicians performed for them at William Torbitt School. The magicians worked their magic at the tables and on stage during the two and a half hour show the Ilford Magical Society provides to help others raise money for their charity or good cause.
In their new show, cards, coins and ropes kept guests amazed and amused at their tables during the first half of the evening whilst three stage acts completed a thouroughly enjoyable evening for all.
Brian Fisher kept the show moving which featured stage performances from Paul Clancy, Bryan Porter and Mark Mchawi. It was also pleasing to see new faces performing close-up magic at the tables with Alex Moisley, Ian Smith and Victoria la Magicienne making their debuts.
